The timeline for creating a custom tour depends on its complexity. Typically, you can expect to receive your initial detailed proposal within 3 to 5 business days after our consultation. The refinement process that follows is collaborative and moves at your pace. For more complex, multi-country itineraries, we recommend starting the conversation at least 6-9 months in advance to ensure the best availability and options.
Our specialty is crafting complete, end-to-end travel experiences, as this allows us to ensure the quality and seamlessness of the entire journey. While we do not typically book standalone international flights, we handle all internal flights, transfers, accommodations, guides, and activities as part of a comprehensive itinerary. This holistic approach ensures every piece of your trip works in perfect harmony.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. We offer flexible terms and will always do our best to accommodate changes. The feasibility and cost of changes depend on the policies of our local partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) and how close it is to the departure date. This is another reason we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, which can protect you from unforeseen circumstances that may require you to alter your plans.
