Our tour prices are designed to be as inclusive as possible to ensure a stress-free experience. Generally, the price covers all accommodations in carefully selected hotels, all transportation within the destination (including airport transfers), the services of an expert local guide, entrance fees to all sites listed in the itinerary, and the specific meals and activities mentioned in the tour details (e.g., welcome dinners, cooking classes, etc.). Not typically included are international airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and optional activities.
We specialize in small group travel to ensure a more personal and immersive experience. Our average group size is around 12 travelers, with a maximum of 16. This allows for better interaction with your guide, more flexibility in the itinerary, and the ability to access smaller, more authentic restaurants and hotels that can't accommodate large tour buses. It fosters a sense of camaraderie among the group while still allowing plenty of space for individual exploration.
Booking a tour is simple. Once you've selected your desired trip, you can click "Request Details" and fill out a short form. One of our travel consultants will contact you to confirm availability and answer any questions. To secure your spot, a deposit is required (typically 20% of the tour cost). The final balance is then due 60-90 days before the departure date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for payment. We will guide you through every step of the process.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made between 60 and 90 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are subject to percentage-based fees. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances.
Absolutely! A significant portion of our travelers are solo explorers, and our small group format is perfect for them. It provides a safe and friendly environment to meet like-minded people from around the world. We can pair you with another traveler of the same gender to share a room (avoiding the single supplement fee), or you can opt for a private room for a supplemental cost. Many lasting friendships have been forged on our tours.
